Ollama, LM Studio or anything with an OpenAI-style API. Requests go from your browser to your machine, so keep this huddle open. Local models can't search the web: research answers come from what the model knows. For Ollama, start it with OLLAMA_ORIGINS=… so the browser may call it.

Claude is off on this server. The board, voice and transcript work. Research, the co-host and the written recap need ANTHROPIC_API_KEY.
